Ty Burger is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Pinpoint Systems. Ty provides the leadership to support client needs for best practices in marketing processes and accompanying technical systems, always linking marketing actions to financial results. His vision energizes and focuses Pinpoint’s project teams, translating to measurable productivity and improved communication. Ty is intimately involved with marketing automation solutions and the continuous improvement necessary for client success, as evidenced in his work with leading enterprises such as Daimler-Chrysler, American General Financial Solutions, Fifth Third Bank and Bank of America. Ty earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte, and holds numerous certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Security Professional (CISSP), Security + and Oracle Certified Professional.
