Paul Becker, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Pinpoint Systems Corporation, leads a marketing technology services company that provides marketing solutions and marketing software implementation services to help increase the overall profitability of a company’s marketing programs.

Paul is an expert in the strategic application of technology to increase the contribution of an organization’s marketing programs to the top and bottom line.  As an advisor to Fortune 500 Chief Marketing Officers in leading companies in the Banking, Investment Management, Retail and Hospitality and Entertainment industries, Paul has led the planning and implementation of integrated marketing solutions aligned with business challenges.  Marketing improvements have addressed such issues as the integration of marketing and sales, single view of the customer, multi-channel marketing, financial measurement of marketing effectiveness and optimization of marketing ROI.  Client’s include American Express, Bank of America, BB&T Corporation, Readers Digest, Royal Bank of Canada, TIAA-CREF, and Washington Mutual.

Prior to starting Pinpoint, Paul held senior executive positions in two CRM systems integration and consulting companies that he led from start-up to highly profitable, established enterprises.  Paul served in a general management role where he built talented teams of consultants and created high value service offerings while continuing his personal involvement in strategic client service delivery.

Paul’s experience in the CRM space also includes significant contributions at Naviant (now Equifax).  Paul developed the systems infrastructure, databases and applications for Naviant's suite of internet precision marketing products that generated annual revenues of $45 million. He led a team of 60 employees who performed all aspects of product development from concept generation through product performance evaluation and also developed the master database underlying all precision marketing products.

Before Naviant, Paul’s resume includes: the management team of MRJ Technology Solutions' Enterprise Systems Division, a chief architect in General Electric’s aerospace business and a Computer Performance Evaluation Analyst and Software Engineer for the Central Intelligence Agency.

Paul received degrees from: University of Pennsylvania - Wharton School, Master of Business Administration; Virginia Tech Master of Science, Computer Science; and, Drexel University Bachelor of Science, Mathematics.
