Pinpoint Systems Corporation is currently seeking an accomplished Solutions Architect to join our growing, dynamic team of consultants. Pinpoint specializes in the design and deployment of robust marketing automation solutions using industry leading applications and technologies. Pinpoint is a privately held company based in Charlotte, NC with various domestic and international clients.
The Solutions Architect will design, develop and deploy solutions and applications that help our clients optimize the value they derive from their customer relationships and marketing service strategies. This person will be actively involved in creating and executing CRM application integration strategy. The Solutions Architect will be working closely with developers, project managers and database administrators as well as building and maintaining relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders in setting annual technology strategy.
The ideal candidate will be able to understand and articulate business problems and think of ways to apply technology to optimize marketing processes. He/she will have the confidence and expertise to become a trusted advisor to our clients activities include: becomingthe subject matter expert and support lead on various large projects, development of project plans, determining level of effort for projects, identifying key milestones and resources need and effectively communicating progress, status, issues, etc.
Database marketing experience is required. Must be able to design, develop, and support database marketing solutions. Skills should include:the ability to author sophisticated queries using all available SQL features, data modeling experience creating enterprise class RDBMS designs, ETL development using custom processes or commercial products, bulk data loading, deploying and debugging complex processes, strong technical understanding of architectural principles and operational best practices oflarge scale data warehouses.
The candidate must have hands-on experience using enterprise class marketing and campaign management applications and skills should include: ability to analyze business needs, confidence to engage in extensive interaction with marketing executives, managers and associates throughout the course ofimplementations to elicit business requirements, conduct interviews and JAD sessions, data analysis and interaction with the client's customer data and marketing operations data stored in relational databases and configuring marketing automation software.
Strong Systems background including: supporting real-time systems related to interactive marketing, enterprise network and security topologies to support troubleshooting, programming background and experience installing multi-tiered enterprise applications.
